    This utility allows to easily select
    estimated points for SCRUM stories.

    SCRUM is a management and control process that cuts through complexity,
    to focus on building software that
    meets business needs.

    SCRUM

    Scrum is a team project management technique.
    There is a Project Owner, that has a Project Backlog of tasks or stories to be performed.
    The team analyzes the backlog, supported by a Scrum Master.
    The velocity is the amount of work that the team can perform in each work block, or sprint.
    In each sprint planning session, story points are assigned to each task.
    The team can estimate the time to complete each set of tasks based on previous accomplishments.
    Daily, the team performs a stand up, to talk about the project status.

    Task effort estimation

    In some way, the amount of work that each task will require has to be estimated.
    There are different ways to do this:
       * the simplest is to assign one of three levels: easy, medium and hard.
       * another approach is to use poker cards.
       * some people uses Fibonacci numbers.
       * we offer an Android app that has the levels used by many teams.

    How to use
